Commit Message

setup_geneset() and setup_ldef() now read_geneset() and read_ldef()

* This way we can create setup_*() functions that handle the logic present in chipenrich() so it can be reused in the forthcoming broadenrich() and polyenrich() functions.
* Renamed tests/testthat/test_1_peak_input.R to tests/testthat/test_1_read.R.
* Moved old setup_*() unit tests to tests/testthat/test_1_read.R.
* Moved read_mappa() into R/read.R.
* Overall, more modular.
