* Pass arbitrary arguments to Hanami::Logger#initialize

* Pass any argument to Hanami::Logger#initialize, according to Ruby's Logger#initialize signature

* Ruby 2.3.4 isn't available yet on Travis CI

* Added tests for custom logger arguments

* Reduce the number of iterations for logger test
