Removed all Angular related code/tests/assets (#39)

* Removed all Angular related code/tests/assets

- Deleted Angular related assets (/js, /partials, /css, /views)
- Removed / route to HomeController in routes file
- Deleted HomeController (used to show homepage on localhost:9000/)
- Removed Angular related dependencies from build.sbt
- Removed home controller tests in ApplicationSpec/IntegrationSpec

* Added coverageExcludePackages to build.sbt

Excluded the following:
- /target
- javascript files

* Increase sleep time before running tests

- Tests are failing due to running before the index has been created

* Upped test sleep time

- Increased sleep time before starting tests to 5 seconds

* Removed direct elasticsearch index test

- Tests now only go via our API
