Merge pull request #79 from appliedsec/better_default_plugin_and_docs

I'm gonna go ahead and merge this, though I'm happy to answer any questions.

The build is going to keep failing until the next release of CherryPy because PyPI doesn't have version 3.2.2 anymore which is needed for Python 2.7 - bleh.  (Come to think of it, that'll be a problem for anyone installing on Python 2 who isn't using a PyPI mirror - double bleh.)
