Add handling of remotes (#17)

* Add handling of remotes

Add new property "setorigin" to set a repository that will be cloned on
startup.
Add new argument -c/--configfile to allow execution of quit store with
dedicated config file.
Update behaviour of store initialisation. Try to clone if set and possible.
Add callbacks to allow clone and push/pull with remotes that require
authentication

* Fix failing tests

* Update init process of configuration

Add custom exceptions
Compare git repo dir with quit configuration file
Check if files exist
Save filenames with filepath relative to git repo dir
Add missing files if possible

* Add tests for configuration
