cupSODA simulator support (#242)

Introduce new "CupSodaSimulator" which wraps the "cupSODA" GPU simulator

Highlights:

* Introduced pysb.simulator.CupSodaSimulator, following the standard PySB
  simulator API. No special Python libraries are necessary since cupsoda comes
  as a standalone binary, but if PyCUDA is installed then pysb can auto-detect
  the configuration details of your GPU. See the CupSodaSimulator documentation
  for more.

* Simulators can now accept initials and param_values as 2D arrays if their
  implementations are able to run multiple simulations. CupSodaSimulator
  naturally supports this, and ScipyOdeSimulator was modified to support it as
  well (currently using a serial implementation).
