* Set apache thrift to 0.9 in glide

* Add thrift installation for make generate

* Run make generate

* Add make generatenodiff to check that make generate does not produce a diff

* Remove generatenodiff from lint for now

* Set to ^0.9.3 per Prashants recommendation
