* Updated with a couple more bug fixes.

* requirements updated to ncclient 0.5.3 to support ECDSA keys.
install instructions updated to support latest releases of
FreeBSD, Ubuntu, and Debian on both Python 2.x and 3.x.
setup script upgdated to not python 3.5 and 3.6 support.
