Add --node-key-keep option to plsync. (#86)

* Add --node-key-keep option to plsync.

This change adds a new flag to plsync to keep the node key. This is
helpful for generating new boot images prior to upgrading an existing
site without breaking the current deployment.

* Update help text and usage examples.
