gui:
 - added masking support to allow coloring element ids as black to indicate a non-result or invalid result (e.g., NaN normal, material_id of 0)
   - any float result will automatically support it
   - int results require a mask_value that is some integer that is passed into GuiResult.  It can be any number, but it has to be set on a per result basis to enable masking
