Commit Message

Add example apps to CI build and speed up build by
fixing bundler caching.

Use latest version of Xcode in Travis build, which is required for
example project builds.

Install version 2.2.1 of ruby since it isn't already installed with
xcode8.2 image.

Use bundler to find xcpretty.

Remove overriden install command and let travis find the
gemfile and run bundler install automatically. This seems
to fix caching.
