Fix/valueenum scaladoc (#129)

When finding case objects that implement a certain type, check to see if we're in the documentation compiler mode. If we are, then extract out ModuleDefs from DocDefs.

Since DocDefs are not part of the public API, it's a bit of a hack, but given this code only runs in a macro context, it should be ok for now.

Testing:

- Add tests to the compilation spec in the macro project
