Fixed formatting issue with data sent with Remote API call action

Due to X2FlowItem.parseOption invoking X2Flow::parseValue with its default
true $renderFlag, insertable attributes would be replaced with their
render form, eg the HTML markup for an email link instead of the raw
email address. The $renderFlag parameter has been surfaced in
parseOption() and is now disabled when used from the Remote API Call
action to parse the JSON blob.
