Rename G4-raw to G4-upload, and G4 to G4-local-only (#401)

* G4 vs ShareBLE clarification

* Remove shareble from prompt AND rename G4 options

This removes shareble from prompt to reduce confusion; I also renamed G4 options to reduce confusion. "G4" before really was G4 that only did local uploads, nothing to NS. That is now "G4-local-upload". G4-raw, which uploads to Ns, is now "G4-upload". The default if someone just hits enter will be for G4-upload, since that is the most common.
