Adding code coverage to Travis build (#5)

* Adding code coverage to Travis build

Also fixing the Travis badge URL, which was pointing to the wrong repo.

* Changing after_success to after_script

This should cause failures to break the build rather than fail silently.

* Apparently after_script doesn't cause build breaks either anymore

Switching to doing everything in script section.

* Fixing preprocessor path for coverage

* Fixing preprocessors config
