Updated builtInReducer

Added the posibility of controlling how the element list is managed:

- The maximum length of the element list can be controlled with the
  maximumSize parameter. It will remove older elements when this
  size is overtaken
- The order of new added elements can be reversed with the
  prependElements parameter. This does not affect the paginations
  order, just the general sorting
