Add Snapcraft build metadata (#2268)

* Added snapcraft
Added supporting launchers and .gitignore

* Added libnotify4 to the stage-packages
Allows notifications of song changes.

* Switch from building deb.
Now will just build package.

* Initial attempt at indicators.

* Use upstream indicator-gtk2; it now works

* Add missing dependencies to stage-packages

* Another try at fixing the desktop icon

* Remove snap/ from gitignore; it's now used for snap metadata

* Move snapcraft desktop file to vendor/snap

* Use generated or existing image assets for snap

* Delete vestigial snap/gui files

* Fix mis-merged .gitignore

* Update version of snap package.
