Commit Message

Added option to disable fingerprint dupe handling on a per-form basis

In the case that the form was used from a single device for collecting
leads, the fingerprint detection would retrieve the previous Contact.
This resulted in the original record being updated with the subsequent
submission, instead of creating the new web lead.
