Fixes issue #31 - Changes the builder to properly catch rejections and to output the errors on the webpack process (#32)

* Changes the builder.js to return the Promise instead of executing it. Adds the 'bail' property to the webpack.config.js to force it to fail immediately so that we get the exact error instead of the last one

* Improves the builder code to be more deterministic (receiving the environment) and the CLI now supports a new '-e' flag to set the environment (Or uses the NODE_ENV by default)

* Removes the default value on the object

* Updates files to match proper coverage and removes conditional checks where the attributes have default values for props

* Adds the default cause for a not provided environment

* Adds the documentation for the new option
