Make sure we count all incoming messages

This patch just makes sure we count every incoming message,
irrespective of whether it has been successful or not.
Also makes sure the batch API is accounted for as well.

After this we get an accurate picture of the number of messages
on this destination.

For example, something like this:
$ ./cherami-admin --hostport=127.0.0.1:4922 inputhost listAllDests 127.0.0.1:4240
