Migrate newman tests to python

add compose/admin.yml for one-off commands (eg. lint, unit-tests, etc)

add /users tests to py integration

add postman migration progress doc

add comment on /engine upload test migration

migrate interdependent postman tests up to "list acquisitions" into new test_postman.py

migrate all remaining postman tests to test_postman.py

remove newman call (and node dependencies) from integration tests

set upload filenames in test_postman.py to match what abao expects

move integration_tests/postman/test_files to integration_tests/python

remove integration_tests/postman dir completely

moved test_postman.py to integration_tests/abao/load_fixture.py

add test_project_template to test_containers.py (and remove pytest.fixture dupes)

added as_user fixture based on "as_admin"

added test_analysis_upload to test_uploads.py

added test for analysis job

added test_analysis_notes to test_notes.py

add single file upload request in test_uploads.py/test_label_upload

add test_analysis_engine_upload to test_uploads.py

remove postman guide from TESTING.md
