Handle DB corruption when not caught by keen_io_sqlite3_open (#184)

* DB corruption might not be discovered until the first db operation is performed, which typically will be the first table creation. Handle that case, replacing the db in place and continuing. Also delete the db if corruption has been the cause of any other failures.

* Close the db before trying to reopen.

* PR feedback and update .gitignore
