Fix ARM PLT parsing, and big-endian ARM emulation (#910)

* Do not use UC_MODE_BIG_ENDIAN, its support is poor

* Ghetto-swap endianness for emulation of PLT instructions

* Reduce instruction alignment so that all ARM PLT entries are found

* Add tests for ELF PLT loading

* Fix canary detection on PowerPC

* Fix x32 emulation

* Fix two failing doctests

* Add AArch64 to supported big-endian architectures

* Add MIPS GOT parsing code, fix unpack macros to use ELF settings
