Primary Key Fix

Overwriting the primary key account_num would break FK relationships elsewhere.

Leaving in place and switching to make it auto-increment. Then instead saving
the long MS ID string to a new field, membersuite_account_num.

Altered class methods and tests to reflect this change and confirm this does
not break any of the functionality, but now it should preserve all existing
relationships in place without modification.

Deleted pile of migration files and remade more elegantly.
