Fix Signal Handling Issues

This patch fixes some minor issues with signal handling in pyCA:

- Shutdown are now logged.
- SIGTERM is now caught properly by the capture service and shuts down
  the module in any case.
- The user interface gets the default SIGINT handler assigned since it
  has no termination routine.
