Custom attributes (#52)

* Adding Activation routes.
 - Events will be handled by AuditLogActor, ToggleActor and ToggleStateActor
 - Created new class for Json Reads/Writes for the ToggleControllerSpec
 - Extended protobuf events

* Intermediate state with green tests

* removing global rollout routes

* removing deprecated rollout events from read and write actors

* Providing expected rollout Json object in togglestate

* implemented through consistent use of rollout value object

* Allow single value attributes in activations

- also reordering fields of ToggleActivations

* Improving tests

- muting log output during tests
- adding prepare/execute/verify annotations

* Improving tests

- shortening names of test setups
- adding tests for deprecated toggle event deserialization
- adding tests for deprecated snapshot format
- adding tests for snapshot save and delete failures

* Removing obsolete imports

* documenting new routes in README

* Implementing review results

- correcting readme message formats
- removing rolloutPercentage from Toggle
- renaming percentage fields in commands
