Custom field force inheritance (#2962)

Allow ancestors (of hosts, like ServiceEnvironment or ConfigurationModule) to overwrite value of particular custom field in their children. It's done by removing CustomFieldValue assigned to this child object and letting custom fields inheritance do rest.
