[nntp] Change 'NNTP-Posting-Date' by 'Date' as 'updated_on' field

The header 'NNTP-Posting-Date' is not available in some
articles. Thus, to calculate 'updated_on' value, the header
'Date' will be used.

Backend version updated to 0.2.0.
