* progress

* separate ActiveCalls into DetailedPresence and ActiveCalls modules

* modify Subscription module implementation to not discard message on next action

* add 100ms delay from notification to fetch in ActiveCalls

* implement basic CallLog module

* separate fSync and iSync logic

* implement polling to CallLog

* make ended calls to trigger CallLog to sync after 15 seconds
