Remove dead file.

The `t/nothing.t.js` was the initial test run by `t/cover` so that
Coveralls would see me starting from no coverage and award me many pats
on the head when I got ~90% coverage on my next commit. If I did not do
this, then in the course of development I would have coverage go down
and I would be scolded by Coveralls.
