Keep order of factor levels. (#152)

* Keep order of factor levels.

* Tests changed to conform to new labelling format

Variable name no longer preprended to all levels.

* Additional Test for Factor Levels

The test checks if factor levels that don't have alphabetical order are plotted in the same order.

* Bracket corrected and necessary quotes added.

* Incompatible Whitespace Removed

Lintr raises an error.

* Upload to correct directory.

* Add files via upload

* Delete test-surv.R

* Delete fortify_surv.R
