[BUGFIX] Force reference index updating after record move/copy

This patch prevents issues with items not showing up in the
reference index after they have been moved/copied into or
away from parent containers.

Also fixes an issue where child elements would not show
up in the workspaces module on TYPO3 LTS - because this
module uses the reference index to determine parent/child
relationships. On LTS such parents hide their children, but
on TYPO3v8 the children are possible to show by expanding
the parent record in the list. After this change, LTS shows
the children listed individually but TYPO3v8 still shows them
only when parent is expanded.
