[GH-92] Add unittests in pypi package. (#93)

Add unittests folder in pypi package.  To avoid name conflict, rename the
`test` folder to `storops_test`.
Rename `comptest` to `storops_comptest`.
Add test mock files in the package by modifying the manifest file.

Bump version to 0.4.7.
