Do not include test sources in coverage metrics

I don't remember exactly why I included the test sources in the coverage
metrics.  It may have been because there is "test support" code in there
that I wanted to ensure was actually being used, so I simply was looking
for coverage less than 100%.

Regardless, including the test sources skews the coverage metrics higher
such that it may make the metrics look better than they actually are.
