* Fix #2618: Double counting of payment amounts in Cash->Report->Receipts

Note: The problem here was that the 'chart' view includes both accounts
  and headings with the same 'id' values. By switching to the 'account'
  table, this duplicity of 'id's is eliminated.

  This fix doesn't apply to master.
