move smartIDProvider from app-singleton to a singleton inside layered
repository. provide helper to access idProvider from outside (if needed)

move entityFactory from app-singleton to a singleton inside layered
repository. provide helper to access e_factory from outside (this is
very common).

fix bugs in replace layer and restore storable backup. now all id
providers are replaced correctly during restore.

add preference with temporary demo mode. this demo is enabled when you
reset the smart layer (otherwise, the youser could nor remain logged in)

add insert random data in persistence controller. useful for manual
tests of ip providers integrity.

remove debug messages from IntegerIDProvider - caused too much delay in
operation.
