feat: unknown RR type handling, RFC 3597 (#66)

- feat(rr/unknown): UNKNOWN class for RFC 3597 unknown RR types, refs #25
- feat(index): classFor() resolves 'MX' | 'TYPE731' | 731 to an RR class
- feat(bind): parse `\# <len> <hex>` generic rdata
- feat(rr): CLASSnnn accepted and preserved
- feat(binary): typeNameToId/typeIdToName helpers
- fix(wire): fromWireBytes validates the type id and RDLENGTH
- fix(rr): tinydns and MaraDNS exports throw for non-IN classes
- fix(rr): toMaraGeneric emits RAW wire rdata as unquoted \xNN escapes
- fix(bind): reject generic rdata that cannot be re-encoded byte-identical
- feat(rr/unknown): unimplemented assigned mnemonics ('AFSDB') canonicalize to TYPEnnn
- build: invoke esbuild via npx like the other build tools
