Fixed create-only props; Improved create+update props

Details:

- Changed the definition of the "type" property of partitions to be
  allowed in the input properties, so that it can now be specified
  during partition creation.

- Fixed the logic for processing create-only properties for all
  resource types so that they are now processed during resource
  creation, and are rejected when the resource already exists.
  Previously, they were ignored in the logic, even when in their
  definition, they were allowed.
  The current create-only properties are:
  - "type" of Partitions
  - "adapter_name" of HBAs
  - "adapter_port" of HBAs

- Improved the logic for handling create+update properties in case
  the resource does not exist, such that they are no longer updated
  in addition to being set during creation. The logic still supports
  updating as an alternative if the resource does not exist, for
  update-only properties (e.g. several properties in Partitions).

- Moved the processing of normal (=non-artificial) properties
  into a common new function utils.process_normal_property().
