Update README.md

OK, take a look. There are two comments/questions embedded, then also I am wondering about:

— "* All configurations that Jetty supports." -- there's no verb, so I'm wondering what people are supposed to do here
— Also, what's going on here: "TODO link to jdbc documentation, pool specific configuration like min- and max-pool-size"? Is there a link you need to add?
