Reorganize code structure and improve naming conventions

- Extract organization profile logic to profile/organizations.go module
- Rename test functions: obtainFilename to resolveReadmePath, makeCardLine to generateRepoCard, makeCustomHeightBadge to generateBadgeWithHeight
- Rename test variables: mutexRewriteFp to fileWriteMutex, caseName to testName, stepLimit to columnsPerRow
- Restructure tests: split TestGenAboutMe/TestGenMarkdownTable into Preview/Publish variants with shared logic
- Add English/Chinese comments to all new functions and types in profile package
- Move organization repo collection logic into dedicated repoCollection type
- Replace isEnglish boolean with language string param in profileMarkdown type
