Simplify RenderConfig usage, docblock, and README wording

- Render's $renderConfig property is never null internally (defaults to a
  plain RenderConfig() when the constructor argument is omitted), removing
  the null checks at both call sites that gated autoIndent behavior.
- RenderConfig's class docblock is trimmed to just the class name; the
  $autoIndent explanation moves to an @param tag on the constructor,
  matching Render's own docblock convention.
- README's "Whitespace control" section is tightened to match the plainer,
  terser tone used by the rest of the doc's feature sections.
