incompat API change: SoC: Finder, attr & pred

* predicates go to pred package
* attr accessors and checks go to attr package
* Finder uses only Find and FindSibling methods for searching,
  they take a predicate as an argument;
  so, f.FindByID("foo") becomes f.Find(p.ID("foo"))
  with import ...pred as p
* Finder exposes attr methods via f.Attr()
* Id -> ID
