category+bugfix: /category endpoint and order fix

category: add /category/:category/:subcategory endpoint
	  add /category/:category endpoint
	   - Lists all articles under each category and subcategory.

bugfix: fix so that categories are kept in order on fetch from model,
	this was due to that Go's maps are unordered.
