Add focused coverage for date parsing and period-length edge cases

Add tests for previously untested Date and PeriodLength_ utilities
identified during coverage review: IsDateString, FromString,
MonthFromFutureCode, PeriodLength_ aliases, and NominalMaturity
end-of-month clamping across leap-year boundaries.
