Trim migrated script-comment prose to one-line doc pointers

The visitor-trait, lexer, and preprocessor "Built for extension" comment
blocks in dal-cpp/dal/script/ are now documented verbatim in
docs/methodology/script_engine.md (Visitor Machinery, lexer reference, and
the Preprocessing Pipeline section respectively). Per the comment-style
rule that methodology prose lives in docs/, not source, replace each block
with a one-line pointer (or delete it where the doc already has the full
prose). Comment-only; no code or behavior change.
