Remove stale TODO/stub comments from core library

Phase 4 of the comment-simplification effort (explanation belongs in
docs, not raw code). Delete 8 stale TODO/stub/POSTPONED comments across
7 core library .cpp files. Comment-only; no code logic, whitespace-around-
code, headers, or auto/externals touched.

Per-TODO decision:
- blackscholes.cpp MutantModel(slide): REAL missing feature (empty
  if(slide) branch) -> deleted TODO, flagged; dead branch left in place.
- dupire.cpp MutantModel(slide): same pattern -> deleted TODO, flagged;
  dead branch left in place.
- ir.cpp MatPostfix: STALE (function fully covers its cases) -> deleted.
- indexparse.cpp ParseSuperShot / ParseComposite: REAL missing feature
  (both return nullptr -> composite parsing non-functional) -> deleted
  TODOs, flagged.
- indexpath.cpp Extremum: REAL weakness (simplified collar-bound
  implementation) -> deleted TODO, flagged.
- banded.cpp Correlate return: STALE (returns past-the-end iterator,
  standard semantics; the question is moot) -> deleted.
- json.cpp XDocStore_: REAL deferred work (no string-escaping strategy
  for special characters) -> deleted POSTPONED, flagged.

Verification: configured Release build in an isolated worktree, built
the dal_cpp target (compiles all 7 modified files) and dal_cpp_tests,
ran the suite from build/ (not bin/) -> 750/750 tests pass.
