Set originating element(s) when generating code

It helps with incremental compilation.

ContextPathHolder generation has been moved to ExposedApplicationAnnotationProcessor
to originate from the @ExposedApplication annotated type. It may be moved to a non
generated class which discover ApplicationName using SPI (https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/sound/SPI-intro.html)
or anything else at runtime.

The Graph option has not been migrated, it doesn't declare originating elements when used.
More tests with Gradle will be done to see if it is necessary to handle it 😇.
