fix(docs): override minima page layout to remove duplicate title

The jekyll-titles-from-headings plugin auto-extracts titles from
markdown # headings, and minima's default page layout renders them
as an <h1>. Since the markdown content already contains the heading,
this caused every doc page to show the title twice.

Override the page layout to only render the content, letting the
markdown heading serve as the sole visible title.
