Reorganize documentation into three categories:
- guides/: Step-by-step tutorials for building canisters
- reference/: API and type reference documentation
- technical/: Advanced internals for contributors

New documentation pages:
- guides/crud-operations.md: Complete CRUD guide
- guides/querying.md: Filters, ordering, pagination
- guides/transactions.md: ACID transactions
- guides/relationships.md: Foreign keys, delete behaviors
- guides/access-control.md: ACL management
- guides/client-api.md: Client library usage
- reference/data-types.md: All 17 supported types
- reference/errors.md: Error types and handling
- technical/architecture.md: Three-layer system overview

Updated pages:
- Enhanced get-started guide with complete workflow example
- Enhanced schema reference with generated types documentation
- All pages now include table of contents
- Added note about JOIN operations not yet implemented
