fix: add error checking and CLOEXEC handling for socket activation

- Add error checking for dup2() in pre_exec
- Explicitly clear CLOEXEC flag on fd 3 after dup2 to ensure it survives exec
- Add fd validation in from_activation_fd to detect invalid fds early
  and prevent IO Safety violations
